One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiac Surgeon for locum tenens weekend call coverage in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

The physician will provide urgent adult cardiac surgery consultations and operative coverage at a 163-bed acute care hospital, with APP support and approximately 2-4 hours of daily callback and rounding.

Assignment Highlights

• Physician Compensation: $3,500 per 24-hour call period

• Callback Compensation: $425/hour after 2 included callback hours per 24-hour period

• Pay Ranking: Competitive upper-market cardiothoracic call compensation

• Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania

• Start Date: January 15, 2027

• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

• Coverage: 5 available weekends

• Schedule: Friday 12 PM-Monday 7 AM

• Approximately 2-4 hours of callback and rounding daily

• Two gratis callback hours included per 24-hour call period

• Adult cardiac surgery, ages 18+

• Urgent surgical consultation and operative coverage

• APP support

• No TAVR required

• Epic EMR

• Pennsylvania license required

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible accepted

• DEA required

• Credentialing approximately 60 days

• Temporary privileges possible with a clean file
