Healthcare Partner Associates (HPA Healthcare) is a minority and woman owned healthcare staffing firm founded on the principle that everyone should have access to healthcare when and where they need it.
Unfortunately, ubiquitous access isn’t a reality in today’s healthcare delivery landscape due primarily to the shortage of skilled clinicians to meet the clinical needs of a growing patient population. Our founders know firsthand the impact of this gap not being narrowed.
As such, they founded the company to help close that gap. By matching the right Physicians, CRNAs, and RNs to the right facilities, at the right time(s), we can help patients leapfrog delays in access to care.
