Locum Tenens Urologist – York, Pennsylvania

HPA Healthcare is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists for a high-paying locum tenens opportunity in York, Pennsylvania.

This assignment offers excellent scheduling flexibility, with physicians able to provide weekday clinic coverage, call coverage, or a combination of both. The facility has an ongoing need for full-week coverage blocks and is seeking two physicians.

The outpatient practice combines general Urology office visits with procedural care. Physicians can expect approximately 24–28 patients per day and will be supported by an established clinical team including four Medical Assistants, a CSA and an RN.

Assignment Highlights

• Clinic Pay: $450/hour
• $3,600 per 8-hour clinic day
• $18,000 per 40-hour clinic week
• Night Call Pay: $850/shift
• 24-Hour Call Pay: $3,350/day
• Callback Pay: $450/hour after 2 gratis hours on 24-hour call
• 2 physicians requested
• Start date: 11/16/2026
• Initial 13-week assignment with ongoing need anticipated
• Full-week coverage blocks
• Clinic only, call only, or combined coverage may be considered
• Clinic Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• 8 paid clinical hours/day
• Approximately 24–28 patients/day
• Epic EMR
• BC or BE in Urology
• Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• DEA required
• Temporary privileges potentially available
