Locum Tenens Urologist - York, Pennsylvania

HPA Healthcare is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists for a high-paying locum tenens opportunity in York, Pennsylvania.

This assignment offers excellent scheduling flexibility, with physicians able to provide weekday clinic coverage, call coverage, or a combination of both. The facility has an ongoing need for full-week coverage blocks and is seeking two physicians.

The outpatient practice combines general Urology office visits with procedural care. Physicians can expect approximately 24-28 patients per day and will be supported by an established clinical team including four Medical Assistants, a CSA and an RN.

Assignment Highlights

• PAY RANKING: TOP 10% - PREMIUM UROLOGY LOCUMS COMPENSATION
• Clinic Pay: $450/hour
• $3,600 per 8-hour clinic day
• $18,000 per 40-hour clinic week
• Night Call Pay: $850/shift
• 24-Hour Call Pay: $3,350/day
• Callback Pay: $450/hour after 2 gratis hours on 24-hour call
• 2 physicians requested
• Start date: 11/16/2026
• Initial 13-week assignment with ongoing need anticipated
• Full-week coverage blocks
• Clinic only, call only, or combined coverage may be considered
• Clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• 8 paid clinical hours/day
• Approximately 24-28 patients/day
• Epic EMR
• BC or BE in Urology
• Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• DEA required
• Temporary privileges potentially available
