Locum Tenens Urologist – Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

HPA Healthcare is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists for a premium locum tenens opportunity in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

This is a 24-hour hospital and surgical call assignment with a seven-day coverage block currently needed over the December holiday period. Additional PRN coverage is anticipated approximately once every 12–14 weeks.

The physician will provide on-site Urology coverage at a 76-bed acute care hospital while also providing telephone consultation support to affiliated hospitals in the surrounding region as needed.

This assignment offers a particularly strong earning opportunity because physicians receive a competitive 24-hour call stipend plus hourly callback compensation after the first two included callback hours.

 

Assignment Highlights

• PAY RANKING: TOP 10% – PREMIUM UROLOGY CALL COMPENSATION
• 24-Hour Call Pay: $3,350/day
• Callback Pay: $450/hour after 2 gratis hours
• Potential Daily Pay With Expected Callback: $6,950–$7,850/day
• Current coverage: 12/21/26–12/28/26
• 7 consecutive 24-hour shifts currently requested
• 7:00 AM–7:00 AM coverage
