Complex trauma, ICU patients, and highly specialized surgical cases are transferred to tertiary facilities, allowing you to focus on community-based emergency general surgery.

Provider Pay: $2,300 per 24-hour call shift

Pay Ranking: Top 5–10% nationally for community General Surgery call-only locum assignments.
