HPA Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist for a locum tenens assignment in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, beginning November 2, 2026.

This opportunity offers an appealing combination of outpatient clinic, operating room, and call coverage without requiring a traditional full-time Monday–Friday schedule.

The anticipated monthly commitment includes approximately 5 OR days and 7 clinic days per month. The physician will provide General ENT services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatric through geriatric populations.

Clinic volume averages approximately 26–27 patients per day, while operative days average approximately 6 cases per day. The physician will be supported by medical assistants and clinical support assistants and will document in Epic.

The ideal candidate is comfortable independently managing a broad General ENT caseload. Experience with parathyroid procedures and Cochlear™ Baha is preferred.
