Position Overview

One of our Partners in South Carolina is seeking a full-time Locum CRNA for an ongoing assignment supporting a busy community hospital surgical program.

Providers will work within a medically directed anesthesia model alongside onsite anesthesiologists while caring for a wide variety of surgical patients. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling, a strong case mix, and ongoing assignment stability.

The ideal candidate enjoys team-based anesthesia care and is comfortable working in a community hospital environment with both adult and pediatric surgical patients.

• Combination of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
• First case starts at 7:00 AM
• Medically directed anesthesia model

• Approximately 665 surgical cases per month
• General Surgery cases
• OB/GYN cases
• Urology cases
• Cataract procedures
• Dialysis access procedures
• Healthy pediatric cases accepted
• No infants under 3 months old
• Active South Carolina license required
• HPA Healthcare is Joint Commission Certified
• HPA Healthcare is an active member of NALTO

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services under a medically directed model
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations
• Administer anesthesia for surgical procedures
• Monitor patients throughout procedures
• Manage postoperative anesthesia care
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Complete documentation in accordance with facility requirements
