OB / GYN Locum Tenens Physician

Position Overview 

One of our Partners is seeking an OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locum opportunity in Arkansas supporting labor & delivery and gynecologic services.

This assignment offers 24-hour beeper call coverage, broad OB procedural exposure, APP support, manageable volume, and an expedited credentialing process.

Compensation Highlights

• 24-Hour Call: $3,500/day (includes required 2 gratis hours)
• Callback: $300/hour
• Night Call: $700/night (if split coverage utilized)
• Compensation Ranking: Top 10–15% nationally for community OB/GYN locums

Job Responsibilities

Provider responsibilities include:

• Labor & delivery coverage
• Admissions
• Inpatient rounding
• Emergency OB response
• Vaginal deliveries
• C-sections
• Gynecologic procedures
• Surgical gynecology coverage
• 24-hour call coverage

Admissions required.

Rounding includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
