Family Medicine Locum Tenens Physician

Position Overview 

One of our Partners in southern New Hampshire is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a fully outpatient locum tenens opportunity at a modern Mass General Brigham clinic located in Tuscan Village.

This assignment offers:

• Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
• No call responsibilities
• Epic EMR
• 30-minute patient appointments
• State-of-the-art clinic environment
• Strong physician and APP support
• Pediatric through adult continuity care
• Desirable Salem, NH location near Boston

Providers will work within a collaborative outpatient clinic environment seeing bread-and-butter family medicine cases across all age groups. The clinic is located in the Tuscan Village development area featuring restaurants, hotels, shopping, and entertainment within minutes of the facility.

Provider Pay Ranking: Competitive New England outpatient Family Medicine locum compensation while remaining compliant with Mass General Brigham MSP margin requirements.

Assignment Highlights

• Outpatient clinic only
• No call responsibilities
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
• Approximately 16 patients per day
• 30-minute patient appointment slots
• Pediatrics through adult patient population
• Epic EMR
• State-of-the-art clinic opened approximately 3 years ago
• Collaborative support model with 6 physicians and 5 APPs
• Mileage, hotel, flight, and rental car eligible per client travel guidelines
• HPA Healthcare is Joint Commission–certified
